By accessing and enrolling in the Handling Client with Confidence - 7 Days Transformation Program (“Program”) operated by PT. Pengendali Sistem Nusantara (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not enroll in or use our Program.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. Please read these Terms carefully before enrolling in our Program.

The Handling Client with Confidence - 7 Days Transformation Program is an educational program designed to teach freelancers professional client handling skills, project management, revision control, and expectation management. The Program includes:

• 7-day structured curriculum with daily modules
• Access to program materials, resources, and tools
• Practical exercises and real-world application guidance
• Community access and support (if applicable)
• Bonus materials and resources as specified

The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Program at any time with reasonable notice to enrolled participants.

Enrollment Requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll
• You must provide accurate and complete information during enrollment
• You must have a valid payment method to complete enrollment
• You must agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

Payment Terms:

• Payment is required in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified
• All prices are in the currency specified on the enrollment page
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect existing enrollments
• You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges associated with your purchase
• Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors, and their terms apply

By enrolling in the Program, you agree to:

• Use the Program materials solely for your personal educational purposes
• Not share, distribute, copy, or reproduce any Program materials without written permission
• Not resell, redistribute, or create derivative works based on the Program content
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Engage respectfully with instructors, staff, and other participants (if applicable)
• Not use the Program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Program or related systems
• Provide accurate information and update your account information as needed

All content, materials, resources, videos, documents, and other intellectual property provided as part of the Program are the exclusive property of PT. Pengendali Sistem Nusantara or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Program materials for your personal educational purposes only. This license does not include:

• The right to resell, redistribute, or sublicense the materials
• The right to create derivative works
• The right to publicly perform or display the materials
• The right to remove any copyright or proprietary notices

Any unauthorized use of the Program materials may result in immediate termination of your access and may subject you to legal action.

No Guarantees:

The Program is provided for educational purposes only. While we strive to provide valuable content and guidance, we do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or improvements in your freelance career or client relationships. Results may vary based on individual effort, application, and circumstances.

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PT. Pengendali Sistem Nusantara, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Program.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Program shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Program.

No Professional Advice:

The Program provides educational content and guidance but does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You should consult with appropriate professionals for advice specific to your situation.

While we strive to provide continuous access to the Program, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Program may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance or updates
• Technical issues or system failures
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Program at any time with reasonable notice to enrolled participants.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Program immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Share or distribute Program materials without authorization
• Fail to pay required fees
• Engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to us, other participants, or third parties

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Program will immediately cease. Termination does not entitle you to any refund.

You may discontinue your participation in the Program at any time, but no refund will be provided.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled participants via email or through the Program platform. Your continued use of the Program after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Program. However, no refund will be provided for discontinuation due to Terms modifications.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Program shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PT. Pengendali Sistem Nusantara regarding the Program and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or communications.
